PLEASE READ THROUGHLY
SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number provided.If you haven't received either one yet, then your order has not been shipped.
Orders take 1-7 business days to be processed. Processing time is determined by the item's availability and when you order. Order are usually shipped out every Friday. Purchases made after 5PM with start processing the next day. Once your item ships you'll receive within 1-4 business days depending on where you're located.
If your order has exceeded the estimated processing and shipping times, please email kraavekollection@gmail.com stating the issue with the full name on the order as well as the order number.
If your tracking number says that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local USPS to address the issue directly with them. Once your item ships the package is not our responsibility. We do not issue refunds for packages that USPS confirms as being delivered.
If your item(s) are out of stock or unavailable at the time to ship, we may ship the items that are available first and will wait to ship the remaining items or issue you store credit if the wait time is too long.
HOLIDAY ORDERS
Black Friday & Christmas Sale: Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping as there will be pending orders prior to the Black Friday sale, as well that will need to be shipped.
Valentine Orders: (Please Read) Please place orders that wish to be received prior to Valentine’s Day by January 20th for guaranteed arrival. Chinese New Years begins after this and all imports into the U.S won’t resume until the 8th of February. Regular shipping will resume then.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Due to high volume of orders, once an order is placed we do NOT cancel orders. Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your order. Please insure you’re checking for the correct sizes and desired item selected. We DO NOT accept onesies or headwear packages back for returns, For sanitary reasons. All orders are FINAL sale on KraveKollection, unless something is worked out with the store owner.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All International customers packages may require additional processing time. KraveKollection is not responsible for additional fees or taxes incurred by the customers local government when importing goods.
Here is the breakdown for the International Shipping fee below:
- 3-6 day International Shipping: $45 < (Express)
- 6-10 day International Shipping: $25< (Standard)
